We live a fast-moving world where technology made it easy to connect on a global scale and the customer is harder to satisfy.
Nowadays the demands are higher because of the many options they have, and every business owner wants to be unique.
Most business owners reach out to UX designers or graphics designers with all the professionals’ design tools that cost a lot of money.
A user-friendly interface depends on how you present your company online and how you want to come across to your regular customers and potential customers.
There are 6 basic user-friendly rules that most designers use before making the decision to design.
1) Mind map and brainstorm sessions (new ideas and keeping up with the design trends).
In this stage, all ideas are negotiable and ready for improvement. There are some basic tactics that always works, you can look for it online.
2) Basic concept writing (homepage).
In this stage, you must ask yourself for who is it for? What are the needs? How do you solve problems?
3) Target concept writing (site footer).
In this stage, think about the audience what do they think? The extra information about the inside of online business goes in the footer.
4) Theme and colors writing (site header, logo, and branding).
In this stage, is the most creative part because you can include colors which involve making of a well-thought brand. You are making an outline of the business.
5) Distinctiveness writing (layout and menu).
In this stage, you are making a few rough sketches about the look.

6) Products, service or offers writing (content management).
The final stage, filling in relevant information for the user so it’s for them easy to understand and logical to follow.
The user-friendly design takes a lot of time and it brings a lot of costs. Before designing, first, follow the 6 tips for writing.
Make a sketch for yourself and continue from there and if necessary, call in a designer. You then save the costs of the design process.
