Hello friends,

Tips to keep motivated during pandemics.

Do you know what motivation is?

It’s not that hard to figure it out. Most information is being researched or spoken of, and you can find additional resources on various websites that you can refer to.

There are 3 effective ways to be motivated.

  1. Know the difference in motivation levels. (External\internal)
  2. Trust God.
  3. Change your thinking.

1. Types of motivations.

According to Wikipedia → – motivation – is the act that initiates, guides, and maintains goal-oriented actions. It is – what causes you to act, whether it is getting a glass of water to reduce thirst or reading a book to gain knowledge.

Motivation involves the biological, emotional, social, and cognitive forces that activate behavior.

Different types of motivation are frequently described as being either extrinsic or intrinsic:

  • Extrinsic motivations – are those that arise from outside of the individual and often involve rewards such as trophies, money, social recognition, or praise.
  • Intrinsic motivations – are those that arise from within the individual, such as doing a complicated crossword puzzle purely for the personal gratification of solving a problem.

Demotivated by pandemics.

Pandemics harm our careers, personal finance, human freedom, and many more things. Most people plan things because they are motivated to move forward and do new things.

The changes in the situation limit your plan. So what to do? That is the next question.

  • What are the global problems?
  • What are the common solutions that do not work?
  • What are the facts of a pandemic?
  • Does a pandemic happen before? (yes)

Such questions will help you avoid not needed crisis or you don’t waste valuable time, but saves you time and energy.

2. We fail, but God doesn’t. (trust God)

Before you act, you must think about the possibility of believing in God and that you need peace or protection from any wicked situations. I’m not trying to convince you but, man fails but, God doesn’t.

I’m sorry to tell you but, trusting God can help you with motivation with believing thinking.

  2. Trusting Gog is not a favorite habit by many people, however, faith is our lifeline during a crisis, setbacks, trials, and errors all day & each year and every month. Thank you for your comment. I appreciate it.
