- Pray for rest in your life and mind.
- Don’t waste time on stupid, retarded, and foolish things.
- Don’t be online all the time; you get more focus back.
- Going offline and deleting not relevant accounts, or a total internet shutdown, will clear your mind.
- Watch things that make you laugh because laughter relieves stress; also, you get new humor ideas.
